cancellation policy

Effective January 1, 2023.

Time is precious. We don’t want you to miss out on your pamper time at glowing skin care salon in Solvang; we have reserved time and space especially for you. If for any reason you do have to change or cancel your appointment, our cancellation policy is as follows:

A 48-hour notice is required to either change or cancel your appointment. If you fail to give the required 48-hour notice we reserve the right to charge a minimum of 50% of your scheduled services. If you simply fail to show up for your appointment and do not give notification, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled services. If you feel sick the day before or the day of your appointment, please notify me ASAP, you will need to reschedule your appointment; you will not be charged a cancellation fee. If you come to your appointment and you are sick, you will be sent home and charged 100% of your scheduled services. Thank you for your understanding.
